Chapli Kebab is a famous dish of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. It is made from minced meat, usually beef or lamb mixed with various spices and formed into flat patties.
Ingredients
- Cooking shower
- 1 enormous egg, gently beaten
- 1 pound ground hamburger
- 1 red onion, finely slashed
- 1 tomato, finely slashed
- ¼ cup finely slashed red pepper
- ¼ cup finely slashed mint
- 2 teaspoons ginger garlic glue
- 2 teaspoons coriander, ground
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- ¾ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¾ teaspoon ground red pepper
- 2 tomatoes, cut into adjusts
- ¼ cup vegetable oil for searing, or more depending on the situation
Cooking Tips:
Step 1:
Cover a little skillet with cooking shower and spot over medium-high intensity. Cook the beaten egg for 3 to 5 minutes and mix in a hot broiler.
Step 2:
In an enormous bowl, join eggs, hamburger, onion, diced tomatoes, cilantro, mint, ginger-garlic glue, coriander, salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Blend by hand until very much joined. Shape the combination into patties. Press a cut of tomato into the focal point of every patty.
Step 3:
Heat the oil in a profound skillet to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Cook patties in hot oil in clusters until burned, 4 to 6 minutes for every side.
